We want to see the truth and hope of the gospel taken to all people, including those who are justice-involved. This begins by holding weekly
services in local correctional facilities, then walking alongside friends through sponsorship during their last year of incarceration, and ultimately helping them make their transition into society.
For Summit members, this looks like serving as a volunteer in one or more of the following ways:
- Inside the men’s or women’s prison, located near downtown Raleigh.
- Outside ministry, helping with practical needs or in intentional relationship.
Note: You must be a Summit member to serve as a volunteer with Summit’s prison ministry.
